We teamed up with artist & director, Elvis Ellis, and music producer, Arkist, to create a conceptual promo film for Laguna Bacalar, a real estate project in Mexico with a vision to transform a plot of land into a thriving community with residential properties, a school and university, health clinic, a spiritual temple and various other amenities. The challenge was to collate a collection of geographical data, architectural plans & 3D models and video content from the location into a short film that illustrates the vision of a luxurious and desirable sanctuary of the future.

The project is in the planning phase so we had to work closely with the team from Laguna Bacalar to understand their aims and create a set of architectural visualisations and vibrant 2D & 3D animations. These were assembled into a video edit that highlights the beauty that they are striving to achieve. We created a narrative that tells a story of a transformative journey from an urban environment into a utopian tropical paradise that boasts unrivaled tranquility that provides an idyllic lifestyle for it’s residents.
