The Deloitte Shared Services Conference is an annual event that runs for two consecutive days featuring talks and presentations by numerous contributors. Each contributor comes prepared with digital slideshows that are presented to the audience on two large format screens. Working with Audience, we were tasked with creating a package of visuals for the screens, including intro films for each day, holding screen loops, backdrops for the presentations and personalised intro titles for each of the contributors.

An ident for the event was shared with us which was used as a basis when defining a visual language for the content. We created our own 3D version of the ident as a key visual asset and animated a looping orbital camera move around this. By introducing moments where the camera eases to a halt along it's path we were able to render still frames as our backdrops. The camera moves between these points became our transitions between the sections of the show, allowing us to deliver a kit of parts that ran seamlessly for the full duration of the event.
